How do I order wireless service?
Orders for Roaming or Broadband Home Service can be placed by calling Customer Support at 952.253.3262.
If you have a laptop with a wireless card, and you're close enough to an access point to see the Minneapolis Wireless Network (called "USI Wireless"), you can order roaming service any time. Simply connect to the USI Wireless network and open a web browser. You will be redirected to the portal (login) page. This page contains a link that will allow you to start a subscription.
